ALSO LAUNCHING THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR OF THE ASSATA-TUPAC LIBERATION SCHOOL:
This event is also the first event of the academic year of the educational wing of the MXM: the Assata-Tupac Liberation School, which is a free decolonial anti-imperialist school which will take place once every two weeks from June 2015 in central London, whereby students will learn from revolutionary scholars, most of whom are in or partaken in revolutionary movements, to facilitate learning about every region of the world, especially the Global South's history with colonialism, resistance and liberation to colonialism and neo-colonialism. Although the course is in central London, MXM coordinators and activists who are also professional educators can mentor people further afield, and the liberation school will be providing a full reading list, documentary and feature film list, music list to go with the course. The course is 25 individual sessions with three one one month holidays for the month of April, August and mid Dec to mid Jan. To become a full member of the MXM, one must go through and pass the full one year course of the liberation school. All inquiries please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
